How To Use JustRide
The JustRide platform is very easy to use and you can have a self-drive car booked at a great rate within minutes. The first thing you need to do is decide whether to book via the website at JustRide.in or use the mobile app for iOS and Android devices. These are available directly from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively.
The first step is to select you general location, with the options of Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, and Pune. If you live way outside of these regions you will either have to travel to a pickup site or use a different service.
There are two main booking tabs, Station Pickup or Home Pickup. The first means you have to travel to one of their locations to pick up the vehicle, the second has the vehicle delivered to your home. You can then enter the pickup date and time, and drop off date and time. Depending on the length of time you need the car, you may get fuel paid for or you may have to pay this yourself.
You will then be presented with the currently available cars, which will usually be a Honda, Mahindra Scorpio, Mahindra XUV500 W4, and Maruti Ritz.
You will then have the option to enter a JustRide promo code and make payment using one of several methods.
Note that there is a flat security deposit of Rs. 999 that will be quashed after you have used the service 3 times with no damages. This is then refunded when you drop the car off. If you are involved in accident you are only liable up to Rs. 3000 and the rest is covered by the company's insurance policies.

Payment Options
JustRide accept several online payment options through their secure gateway. You can either use an Indian issued credit, debit or cash card, or net banking with most major Indian banks. All charges and taxes are included within price.
If you wish to redeem any JustRide coupons, all you have to do is enter the code in to the promo box before the payment step and if valid your booking price will drop accordingly.
Cancellations and Fees
You are free to cancel your booking at any time before the pickup date/time, however you will be charged 5% for more than a day before the booking, 15% within 24 hours, and up to Rs. 2000 within 2 hours of the pickup time. If you have used any JustRide coupons to get a discount this will obviously be excluded from the refund.
If you smoke in the vehicle you will be fined Rs. 500. Exceeding the speed limit of 120km/h carries a fine of Rs. 500 for each time you go over the limit, even if no authorities are involved.
Accidents and Breakdowns
If you are involved in an accident or breakdown and are nor injured, JustRide will provide you with a new vehicle as soon as possible. You will not be refunded for a breakdown, and for accidents you are liable up to Rs. 3000.
