Cancellation and refund policy
My taxi India understands that sometimes there is a need to make a cancellation, therefore they have made this process as simple as possible. A refund shall be processed if the cancellation is made at least 6 hours before the booking time, unless there is a special case. However, the charge of Rs 149 will be deducted from the total amount as a service charge. The cancellation can be made either over the phone or by email, both methods will considered an appropriate cancellation.
Any parking costs or toll cost will be given directly to the driver and are not included in the price of your booking.
