Getting Your Tickets
All bus tickets sold through TicketGoose are known as e-tickets. This means you won't receive any physical tickets through the post, rather you must print them yourself at home. All tickets must be printed, it is not acceptable to show them from your smart phone screen.
Cancellations and Refunds
You are free to cancel your ticket at any time before departure for a full refund. If however you do not show up for the journey and fail to cancel, you will not get a refund.
You can cancel your ticket easily online through your account. This also allows you to make a partial cancellation (if for example one passenger in a group booking won't be making it).
Tickets can't be changed once ordered, but you can cancel and book again.
