Helpchat Information
HelpChat was launched in 2015 by Ankur Singla, who left a cushy job as a corporate legal advisor to make his idea a reality. He is joined by Vishal Chaudhary, who serves as CTO, and Product Head Avinash Vankdaru. HelpChat was originally called Akosha, and was envisaged as a way to help businesses manage their customer support.
